Veggie Balls

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 1/2 cup peas, cooked
  • 1/4 cup carrot, cooked
  • 1/4 cup celery, cooked
  • vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl put bread, potatoes, peas, carrots, celery and salt.
  • 2 mash all ingredients together.
  • 3 make small balls with mixture.
  • 4 heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 5 fry until golden brown.
