- 1 low-carb tortilla
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 ounce goat cheese
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprout
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped onion

- 1 spread goat cheese and hummus on wrap. add the rest of the ingredients. roll up, cut in half.
