Veggie And Goat Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 low-carb tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 ounce goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprout
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Recipe

  • 1 spread goat cheese and hummus on wrap. add the rest of the ingredients. roll up, cut in half.
