- gruyere cheese or swiss cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 slice red onion, separated into rings
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 whole grain buns, split and toasted
Recipe
- 1 cook morningstar farms grillers prime veggie burger according to package directions. immediately top with cheese. let stand about 1 minute or until cheese melts.
