Cabbage, Radish, Mint And Caraway Salad (slaw)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cabbage, very finely sliced
- 6 sprigs mint, leaves torn
- 6 red radishes, very finely sliced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds, ground
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, ground
- black pepper, freshly ground
Recipe
- 1 finely slice the cabbage and radish. place in a large bowl.
- 2 add the torn mint leaves and finely chopped red onion. set aside.
- 3 in a small bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients. whisk until smooth.
- 4 pour the dressing over the salad/ cabbage mixture and gently toss to combine.
- 5 set the salad aside for at least 5 minutes before serving.
