Tortellini Salad With Garden Vegetables

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb frozen or refrigerated tortellini
- 1/2 yellow peppers or 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 small zucchini, cut into thin sticks
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup creamy italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 cook tortellini according to package to package directions until just tender.
- 2 drain, then rinse under cold running water.
- 3 drain again and transfer to large bowl.
- 4 add remaining ingredients and toss well to combine.
- 5 serve at room temperature or chilled.
