Eggs In Mustard Sauce (eier In Senfsauce, Bavarian)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 60 g flour
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 750 ml vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch sugar

Recipe

  • 1 fry the diced onion with the margarine, then add the flour, salt and the broth.
  • 2 cook this for 15 minutes.
  • 3 spice it with the mustard and some sugar.
  • 4 put the shelled eggs on a deep plate and pour the hot mustard sauce over them.
