Ingredients

- 5 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon oil (for frying)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 stalks celery (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cook the potatoes, peel and cube.
- 2 chop the onion and fry in a deep frying pan until golden. (add cubed celery and fry lightly.).
- 3 add cubed potatoes, lemon juice, and salt.
- 4 mix together gently until heated through.
