Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 large zucchini
- 2 medium crookneck yellow squash or 2 medium yellow zucchini
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 add zucchini, squash, onion and garlic.
- 3 stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
