Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (6 ounce) package and wild rice (cooked without seasoning packet)
- 1 1/2 cups cut asparagus, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups small brussels sprouts, cooked
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 -4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix rice, vegetables and cheeses. season to taste with salt and pepper. spoon into a 1 ½ quart casserole.
- 2 bake, uncovered, at 350 for about 30 minutes.
