Walnut Raisin Loaf (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons light molasses
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1/3 cup rye flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 3/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 measure all ingredients except raisins and walnuts into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- 2 insert pan into the oven.
- 3 select sweet cycle.
- 4 add raisins and walnuts at the "add ingredient" signal.
- 5 when the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack.
- 6 let cool to room temperature before slicing.
