Walnut Raisin Loaf (bread Machine)

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons light molasses
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/3 cup rye flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 3/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 measure all ingredients except raisins and walnuts into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  • 2 insert pan into the oven.
  • 3 select sweet cycle.
  • 4 add raisins and walnuts at the "add ingredient" signal.
  • 5 when the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack.
  • 6 let cool to room temperature before slicing.
