Wicklewoodwench’s Wicked Wedges

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 large baking potatoes (leave skins on)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1 teaspoon seasoning (or ã?æ? 1/2 teaspoon salt & ã?æ? 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 200c and pre heat a dry shallow baking tray.
- 2 cut the potatoes into wedges and spray with olive oil.
- 3 microwave on high power for 5 minutes.
- 4 meanwhile mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 5 add the potatoes and mix well ensuring all wedges are coated.
- 6 spray the preheated baking tray with olive oil.
- 7 spread the wedges over tray and lightly spray once more.
- 8 bake in oven for 30 mins turning occasionally.
