Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (bottled is fine)
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oats (not instant)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon gluten (optional)
Recipe
- 1 add the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to your machine's instructions.
