Whole Wheat And Oatmeal Bread

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons dried powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (bottled is fine)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oats (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon gluten (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 add the ingredients to your bread machine pan according to your machine's instructions.
