Ingredients
- 79 g extra firm tofu (1/5 package)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed mushrooms
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/16 cup onion, chopped
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 teaspoons ground red pepper
Recipe
- 1 1. mix all ingredients.
- 2 2. heat in skillet for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 3 3. remove and enjoy!
