Tomato & Red Onion Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1/4 small red onion, very thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 layer tomatoes and onions on a serving platter and sprinkle with oregano.
  • 2 whisk remaining ingredients together and drizzle over tomatoes and onions.
  • 3 let stand about 10 minutes before serving so flavors can meld.
