Ingredients

- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1/4 small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 layer tomatoes and onions on a serving platter and sprinkle with oregano.
- 2 whisk remaining ingredients together and drizzle over tomatoes and onions.
- 3 let stand about 10 minutes before serving so flavors can meld.
