Ingredients

- 2 roma tomatoes
- 5 sambar onions
- 2 tablespoons roasted gram dal
- 4 round red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic (optional)
- 1/4 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon frozen coconut
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil, add sambar onions and fry.
- 2 add tomatoes and fry. keep this seperate.
- 3 add roasted gram dal and red chillies. dry roast it. cool and grind to powder.
- 4 grind tomato mixture, dalia powder and rest of ingredients in mixer.
