- 10 brussels sprouts
- 2 large carrots
- 2 granny smith apples
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 clean and slice the brussels spouts and carrots very thinly. core apple and slice very thinly, then crosswise into matchsticks.
- 2 heat oil in frying pan. cook garlic 1 minute. add vegetables and apples.
- 3 add hoisin; stir to heat and mix with vegetables to coat.
