Stir Fried Vegetables With Hoisin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 brussels sprouts
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 clean and slice the brussels spouts and carrots very thinly. core apple and slice very thinly, then crosswise into matchsticks.
  • 2 heat oil in frying pan. cook garlic 1 minute. add vegetables and apples.
  • 3 add hoisin; stir to heat and mix with vegetables to coat.
