Whole Wheat Rolls

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons non-fat powdered milk
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup luke warm water

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in the order your bread maker calls for on dough cycle.
  • 2 check on dough half way through needing adding a bit more flour or water as needed so dough is fairly tacky.
  • 3 turn out onto greased cutting board and work with greased hands.
  • 4 shape into 15 rolls and place in greased 9x13 pan making 5 rows of 3.
  • 5 let rise 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  • 7 note: can be made with all bread flour with great results.
