Whole Wheat Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons non-fat powdered milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup luke warm water
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in the order your bread maker calls for on dough cycle.
- 2 check on dough half way through needing adding a bit more flour or water as needed so dough is fairly tacky.
- 3 turn out onto greased cutting board and work with greased hands.
- 4 shape into 15 rolls and place in greased 9x13 pan making 5 rows of 3.
- 5 let rise 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.
- 6 bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
- 7 note: can be made with all bread flour with great results.
