The 2nd Brussels Sprouts Recipe On Recipezaar

Ingredients

- 3/4 lb brussels sprout
- 2 large shallots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice shallots and saute in 1 t butter for 10 min in fry pan.
- 2 add 2 t sugar and 1 t vinegar and saute 3 min until browned. remove from pan.
- 3 cut brussel sprouts in half lengthwise, then slice lengthwise into 1/8" strips.
- 4 add remaining butter and olive oil to pan. add brussel sprouts and saute 6 minute
- 5 add 1/4 c water and saute until evaporated.
- 6 add shallots back into pan and stir.
