The 2nd Brussels Sprouts Recipe On Recipezaar

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 lb brussels sprout
  • 2 large shallots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 slice shallots and saute in 1 t butter for 10 min in fry pan.
  • 2 add 2 t sugar and 1 t vinegar and saute 3 min until browned. remove from pan.
  • 3 cut brussel sprouts in half lengthwise, then slice lengthwise into 1/8" strips.
  • 4 add remaining butter and olive oil to pan. add brussel sprouts and saute 6 minute
  • 5 add 1/4 c water and saute until evaporated.
  • 6 add shallots back into pan and stir.
