Ingredients

- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 drain corn, beans and peas.
- 2 combine the pepper, onion, and all cans into
- 3 large bowl.
- 4 boil the vinegar, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- 5 pour over vegetables, and stir. refridgerate overnight.
- 6 serve with fritos scoops.
