Pinto Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, minced and seeded
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- fresh vegetables, or
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
- 2 cover and process until smooth.
- 3 serve with vegetables or chips.
