Pinto Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, minced and seeded
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • fresh vegetables, or
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 cover and process until smooth.
  • 3 serve with vegetables or chips.
