Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- milk (to desired consistency)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- syrup
- powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients, except milk.
- 2 add milk last until batter is almost water thin.
- 3 heat 1-2 tablespoon vegetable oil in small pan over medium heat.
- 4 when oil is hot, add about 1/4 cup batter; rotate pan until bottom is covered with batter. (tip: tilt pan just a little and rotate slowly.).
- 5 when batter is almost "dry" (cooked) on top, flip onto other side.
- 6 when other side is slightly browned, remove from pan.
- 7 swirl with syrup and roll up.
- 8 serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and more syrup (if desired).
