- 1 lb brussels sprout
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 wash and trim sprouts. cut in half. place sprouts in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. cook on low 4-5 hours or on high 2-3 hours. stir well before serving.
