Weiners And Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 (5 ounce) package au gratin potato mix
• 2 1/3 cups hot water
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/2 cup frozen peas or 1/2 cup any mixed vegetables
• 6 hot dogs, cut in 1 inch pieces
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

• 1 stir potatoes,sauce mix, hot water and milk in skillet.
• 2 stir in frozen peas or other canned or frozen vegetables.
• 3 heat to boiling, cover and simmer 15 minute.
• 4 stir occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
• 5 stir in weiners; cover and heat 5 minutes or until weiners are hot.
• 6 sprinkle cheese over all.
• 7 cover and let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts.
