Wheat Stuffing

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups bulgur wheat
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 3/4 cup dried apricot
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 3 egg whites

Recipe

  • 1 bring first 9 ingredients to a boil; cover and remove from heat. let it sit for 45 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
  • 2 heat oven to 350°.
  • 3 mix egg whites into wheat mixture. put in a pan and bake for 1/2 hour.
