Wheat Stuffing

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups bulgur wheat
- 4 cups water
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 3/4 cup dried apricot
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 3 egg whites
Recipe
- 1 bring first 9 ingredients to a boil; cover and remove from heat. let it sit for 45 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
- 2 heat oven to 350°.
- 3 mix egg whites into wheat mixture. put in a pan and bake for 1/2 hour.
