Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans beans, drained
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 mix all the vegetables together.
- 2 whisk oil and lemon juice together and season with salt & pepper to taste.
- 3 stir into vegetables and refrigerate.
