Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the vegetables together.
  • 2 whisk oil and lemon juice together and season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • 3 stir into vegetables and refrigerate.
