Ingredients

- 1 cup wheat
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 parsley
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 sweet onion
Recipe
- 1 wash parsley and let it dry for 2 hours.
- 2 add wheat, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and mint in bowl and let it soak for 2 hours.
- 3 add olive oil to wheat mixture.
- 4 chop parsley finely.
- 5 dice tomato into very small pieces.
- 6 chop onion finely.
- 7 add chopped vegetables to wheat mixture and mix well.
- 8 enjoy.
