Tabouli

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup wheat
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 6 parsley
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 sweet onion

Recipe

  • 1 wash parsley and let it dry for 2 hours.
  • 2 add wheat, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and mint in bowl and let it soak for 2 hours.
  • 3 add olive oil to wheat mixture.
  • 4 chop parsley finely.
  • 5 dice tomato into very small pieces.
  • 6 chop onion finely.
  • 7 add chopped vegetables to wheat mixture and mix well.
