- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 lb grated cheese
- 3 tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 melt butter over low heat.
- 2 add flour and milk combined.
- 3 add cheese, tomatoes and beaten eggs.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 cook until thick - serve on buttered toast.
