Tazukuri (dried Sardine)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups peanut oil or 4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 (3 ounce) package dried tiny sardines
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 in a wok or deep saucepan, heat oil to 360 f (180c).
