Weight Watchers Baked Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled
  • non-fat olive oil flavored cooking spray
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 slice thin, arrange on foil lined baking sheets and season lightly (to taste). preheat oven to 400 degrees f and bake until lightly brown, about 15 minutes. non-weight-watchers alternate:
  • 2 - use a salt substitute like potassium chloride rather than table salt.
  • 3 - sprinkle on a little sugar or spenda and/or black pepper, depending on your preference.
