Weight Watchers Baked Shrimp In Lemon Garlic Sauce-4 Points

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined, 16-20 count size
  • vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 arrange shrimp in single layer in a 13 x 9 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • 3 combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients; pour over shrimp.
  • 4 bake at 425 degrees or 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are done.
  • 5 sprinkle parsley over shrimp, serve immediately.
