Weight Watcher Broccoli Swiss Chard Omelette 6 Points

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped swiss chard
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 3 drops hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in small frying pan.
  • 2 add swiss chard and broccoli, saute until wilted.
  • 3 add beaten eggs.
  • 4 place lid on pan.
  • 5 cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are set.
  • 6 turn onto plate, garnish with hot sauce and green onions.
