- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 (398 g) can cream-style corn
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients.
- 2 add beaten egg and sweetcorn. mix to combine.
- 3 heat oil in frying pan. drop tablespoons full of batter into pan. cook until golden then flip.
- 4 drain on absorbent paper.
