Ingredients

- 200 g creamed corn (unsure of exact measurements)
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tomato
Recipe
- 1 mix creamed corn, egg and coconut.
- 2 spoon into ovenproof dish and top with sliced tomato.
- 3 heat through for about 20 minutes--should be bubbling when you retrieve it from the oven.
