- 2 large bunch watercress
- 6 large lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 whisk together dressing ingredients.
- 2 toss a portion of the dressing with greens (there will be leftover dressing).
