Ingredients

- 2 red onions, in fine slices
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 big peppercorns
- 5 small peppercorns
- 2 laurel leaves (bay leaves)
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig marjoram
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Recipe
- 1 sautee onion and garlic in cooking oil.
- 2 add the spices and the herbs.
- 3 pour vinegar into the mixture, and once it starts boiling, turn off heat.
- 4 let cool before serving.
