Yogurt-herb Dip (low-carb)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup large-curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon chives, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl stir together the cottage cheese, yogurt, dill, chives, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. cover and chill for 1 hour to 24 hours. serve with vegetable dippers.
