Wheat Pizza Crust (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1 cup water (70-80 degrees)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 in bread machine pan, place the ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
- 2 select dough setting.
- 3 (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tbsp of water or flour if needed.) when the cycle is complete, turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
- 4 punch down, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- 5 divide dough in half.
- 6 pressed each portion into a greased 12 in pizza pan.
- 7 add sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings.
- 8 bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until crust and cheese are lightly browned.
