Wheat Pizza Crust (bread Machine)

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (70-80 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 in bread machine pan, place the ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
  • 2 select dough setting.
  • 3 (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tbsp of water or flour if needed.) when the cycle is complete, turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
  • 4 punch down, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
