Ingredients

- 2 whole wheat pita bread
- 1/3 cup hummus
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup scallion, minced
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprout
Recipe
- 1 slit open the pitas. spread the insides of each pocket with hummus.
- 2 stuff each pita with half of remaining ingredients.
- 3 enjoy!
