Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon miinced garlic
- 12 ounces pre-sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounces fresh bean sprouts (leasa brand)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 saute garlic in oil until softened.
- 2 add mushrooms and cook 5 mins or until soft.
- 3 add bean sprouts and soy sauce and heat through.
- 4 simmer stirring often 5 minutes enjoy!
