Vegetables Ham And Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, sliced
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ounce boiled ham, diced

Recipe
