- 2 cups almond meal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/3 cup stevia
- 1 cup blueberries
Recipe
- 1 oil 6 muffin tin.
- 2 set oven to 180°c.
- 3 mix together all ingredients except blueberries.
- 4 fold through blueberries.
- 5 bake for 20-25 minutes until a skewer inserted is dry.
- 6 enjoy!
