Ingredients

- 1 lb asparagus
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ground black pepper
- salt (optional)
- 1/2 cup fat free parmesan, topping
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 coat a 12x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- 3 arrange the asparagus in the dish in rows.
- 4 add the water and lemon juice.
- 5 season to taste with the pepper and salt.
- 6 sprinkle with parmesan.
- 7 cover loosely with foil.
- 8 bake for 20 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
