Ww 1 Point - Roast Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ground black pepper
  • salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fat free parmesan, topping

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 coat a 12x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • 3 arrange the asparagus in the dish in rows.
  • 4 add the water and lemon juice.
  • 5 season to taste with the pepper and salt.
  • 6 sprinkle with parmesan.
  • 7 cover loosely with foil.
  • 8 bake for 20 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
