Ingredients

- 2 (15 ounce) cans beans
- 2 bell peppers, roasted and chopped
- 3 cups chopped celery (leaves and all)
- 1 head roasted garlic, smashed
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain beans.
- 2 mix together garlic, oil and lemon juice and zest.
- 3 mix all ingrediants together, salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 serve room temperature, enjoy!
