Weyback Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 whirl all ingredients in blender until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
  • 2 refrigerate until ready to use.
