Vegetarian Noodle Salad!

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 servings spaghetti noodles
  • 1 -2 cup frozen vegetables (or fresh)
  • 1/8-1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch italian seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 i cook my spaghetti noodles (try other noodles too!) ahead of time.
  • 2 put noodles in a tupperware with a tight top.
  • 3 steam your vegetables!
  • 4 put steamed vegetables, oil and seasonings into tupperware.
  • 5 put the top on tupperware.
  • 6 shake,shake,shake.
  • 7 this should produce a well mixed veggie noodle salad with almost no prep!
