Vegetarian Cheeseburger Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g yve's veggie ground round (one package)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 13 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup (one can)
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups tater tots
  • 5 kraft 2% american cheese singles
  • 1 cup mushroom, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hamburger relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered chipotle pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all but kraft singles and tater tots in a casserole dish, top with cheese slices and tater tots.
  • 2 bake at 375 for 30 min, then turn heat up to 425 for 10 min.
  • 3 let cool 10 min before serving with salad.
