Vegetarian Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
- 500 g yve's veggie ground round (one package)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 13 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup (one can)
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups tater tots
- 5 kraft 2% american cheese singles
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons hamburger relish
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered chipotle pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all but kraft singles and tater tots in a casserole dish, top with cheese slices and tater tots.
- 2 bake at 375 for 30 min, then turn heat up to 425 for 10 min.
- 3 let cool 10 min before serving with salad.
