Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger (finely chopped)
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan heat and stir marmalade until melted, set aside.
- 2 in a medium bowl whip butter till fluffy.
- 3 mix in melted marmalade, vinegar and ginger.
- 4 cover; chill before serving.
- 5 toss warm vegetables with butter and serve.
