Peppered Almonds

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 stir all ingredients in small baking pan to coat almonds.
  • 3 arrange in single layer.
  • 4 bake until coating is crisp and almonds are toasted, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes.
  • 5 cool.
