Ingredients
- 1 cup coarsely chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 stir all ingredients in small baking pan to coat almonds.
- 3 arrange in single layer.
- 4 bake until coating is crisp and almonds are toasted, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes.
- 5 cool.
