Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- 2 beat egg until light and fluffy and add to dry ingredients.
- 3 stir in milk.
- 4 drop by tablespoons on gently boiling vegetable gravy.
- 5 cover tightly and cook 15 minutes.
