Ingredients

- 1 yellow squash
- 1/2 lb fresh snow pea
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 dice squash to 1 inch chunks.
- 2 clip tough stem part off of snow peas.
- 3 heat oil in wok or skillet to hot but not smoking.
- 4 stir in squash and snow peas.
- 5 toss and fry till tender.
- 6 serve.
- 7 salt and pepper to taste.
